THE CAMPER

If you’re looking for a few extra beds, there is a camper on site that is included in the cost of rental (additional cleaning fee if used). The camper features a queen bed, a dinette/bed combo and a bathroom for night-time (#1 only) use.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The cabin is located in a neighborhood called University Park. This neighborhood features an awesome playground, an excellent frisbee golf course, a sand-green golf course, lake access via boat ramp and a walking trail down to the lake. And best of all, it’s all within walking distance. We have loved getting the opportunity to make friends in the neighborhood and we appreciate you helping us be good neighbors.

The cabin is located 20 minutes north of Manhattan, KS. Manhattan (home of Kansas State University) has fantastic dining options, fun activities for families and groups (a Zoo, Flint Hills Discovery Center, Axe throwing, Bowling, Movie theater, etc), multiple big box stores (Target, Dick’s SG, Home Depot, Best Buy, etc), and TONS of hometown pride.

THE COST

Price: $200 Per Night

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to hold your dates. The full rental amount is required one month before your dates. A full refund will be issued if a cancellation is made more than one month in advance. If a cancellation is made within a month of the rental, we reserve the right to keep the deposit

Included: The entire property including Cabin, Camper, and access to neighborhood amenities (Lake, Disc Golf, Golf, Playground, Boat Ramp). You may also use the fire pits, fireplace, fire tables, and games that are on the property. Please shut off all propane tanks when not in use.
*The garage, boat, and utv are NOT included in the price of the rental.

Cleaning: The cost to clean the house after your stay is $125. The cost to clean the camper after your stay is $50. If you are not using the camper, you will not be charged the cleaning fee for the camper.

Agreement: By renting our cabin, you are agreeing to treat the cabin, the camper, and the neighborhood with the utmost respect. Any violation of this agreement can result in termination of the rental and additional fees to cover damages.

Video Camera: There is a ring doorbell installed on the front door for security and delivery purposes. By renting this property, you are consenting to our use of this camera (and only this camera) before, after, and during your stay.
